Zuni artists Leland Boone and Daphne Quam hand carved this wonderful wolf fetish. It is carved from Lepidolite and is bundled with Turquoise and Spiny Oyster. Wolves are the Guardian animal of the East and a powerful hunting fetish. They also represent teachers and pathfinders. A great addition to your Native American or Zuni fetish collection. Signed

Traditionally, fetishes served a ceremonial purpose for their creators and they represented animals and figures that were part of their culture.
