Zuni artist Delvin Leekya hand carved this outstanding coyote fetish. The coyote carving is made out of Picasso Marble and is bundled with Pink Mussel and Mother of Pearl Shell. The coyote is the Hunter of the West. The coyote is respected for his knowledge and survival skills, if not for his actions. The master trickster who often tricks himself. He represents humor and the ability to laugh at one’s own mistakes. This great carving would make a great addition to your Native American art or Zuni fetish collection.
