Payments: We do not process payments through our website. In the checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal for a secure online transaction. You will be able to pay with your PayPal account or you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover can be used. Since we use PayPal as a merchant service, the confirmation email will be sent from them. If you don’t receive it or find it in the spam folder, please let us know.
Returns & Exchanges: We are committed to the happiness of our customers. If you receive your item and you are not happy with it, please contact us through email within 3 days of delivery. We will be glad to replace the item with another or refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost. Please send is the item back with in 14 days of receipt and it must be unused and undamaged. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning your item for replacement or refund.
Shipping: We ship with USPS (occasionally UPS or FedEx for oversize packages). All items ship within 1 to 2 business days of ordering unless otherwise notified. As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment information and tracking number. Since we use PayPal as a merchant service, the confirmation email will be sent from them. If you don’t receive it or find it in the spam folder, please let us know.
Layaways: We can do layaway orders through Paypal. Just email us so we can set it up. Layaways require an initial minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price. At least one payment must be made within 30 days to keep the layaway open and active. Merchandise is not delivered until the order is paid in full. Failure to make the required payments will result in the cancellation of the order while all deposits will be forfeited, and can be used as a store credit only. Layaways need to be finalized within 6 months of initial deposit.
