Navajo folk art carver, Harrison Juan was inspired to create his figures wearing sunglasses, by seeing himself in the reflection of the glasses of one of his collectors. Harrison has been creating folk art since the 1970’s and his style is well-known. Colorful trade blankets and traditional jewelry adorn the Navajo people, as well as the sunglasses that depict their surroundings. Harrison captures everyday life in his wood carvings.   Signed
