Ahola or Kachina Chief’s Lieutenant is the companion of Eototo, and he helps him bring moisture to the villages. Unlike Eototo’s appearance on all three mesas during the ceremonies, Ahola only appears on the Third Mesa.  At the end of this ceremony Ahola descends to a shrine where he bows four times to the Sun, and asks for long life, health, happiness, and good crops for his children.
